The Parent Toolkit is an initiative started by TCFEF and funded by grants and donors (list) to put important resources and organizational tools in the hands of parents and caregivers of students with disabilities across the state of Arkansas! The FREE toolkit includes a 3 ring binder, page dividers, labels, IEP/504 information, and more! Staying organized is one of the keys to an effective IEP or 504 meeting. If you would like to receive a Parent Toolkit, you will need to first participate in one of our FREE virtual or in-person trainings on effectively using your FREE Parent Toolkit! Start your journey into advocacy organized and prepared!

Wynne Public Schools’ Working for Independence Now(WIN) Program. TCFEF provides materials to these programs and students earn a wage per hour to collate the binders! Click on the mascot to learn more about each school!
Donors
Summit Community Care is also investing in the toolkit project so they can provide these binders to their families who participate in the Summit Medicaid PASSE program! The PASSE Program is available to kids and adults with disabilities or behavioral health needs who have Medicaid and qualify for this program.
